Returns & Exchanges at Garland's

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Garland's, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
